The lawyer Stefania Bagnini is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher jurisdictions.
She has been a member of Lawyers' order of Perugia since 2002, first as a licensed advocate and since 2004 as a lawyer.
She obtained the qualification of Mediator and since 2010 she has been mediator at the Organismo di Mediazione Forense of Perugia.
She obtained the qualification of over-indebtedness crisis manager in 2017 following a specialization course pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 6 D.M. 202/2014 (law 3/2012 "so-called suicide saving law").
She attended the qualification course as an official defender at the Juvenile Court at the Lawyers' order of Perugia.
In 2019 she attended Regional Higher Training Course for lawyers in gender anti-discrimination, organized by the Umbria Region and accredited by the Council of the Lawyers' order of Perugia.
In the year 2022 she attended a short master's degree accredited by the National Forensic Council in the field of procedural questions of medical responsibility and of open questions on the subject of health responsibility in the phase of the Covid 19 emergency (law no. 76/21).
She collaborated with Sistemi Formativi di Confindustria Umbria for teaching training courses in 2014.
She obtained the qualification of "Head of cultural content on the web" following a training course (of five hundred hours) for a selected number of graduates organized by SFCU - Confindustria Umbria and Regione dell'Umbria Training Systems.
She obtained a post-graduate specialization diploma from the "Lorenzo Migliorini School of Specialization for the Legal Professions" (two-year course) University of Perugia in 2003.
She graduated with an excellent grade in Law in 2001 at the University of Perugia.
She obtained the high school diploma in science at the Liceo Scientifico Leonardo da Vinci in Umbertide, with full marks.
She has held the following institutional positions:
member of the examination commission for the appointment by the Ministry of Justice for the state examination for the qualification to practice law in the year 2017-2018 at the Court of Appeal of Perugia;
member of the Board of Directors of the Organismo di Mediazione Forense of Perugia since 2012 for two consecutive terms;
in 2009 she was asked to administer the social and cultural services of the municipality of residence for five years as Councilor;
President in 2015 of the commission for equal opportunities of the municipality of residence, she supported for about four years the listening center service against violence against women created by the Municipalities of the Upper Tiber Valley, Asl1 and the regional center for equal opportunities.
In 2002 he contributed to founding a territorial voluntary association which he chaired as President for eight years.
She participates as a member of the National Union of Lawyers for Mediation - U.N.A.M, a union of professionals in the forensic world who support and promote mediation, negotiation and consensual methodologies, for the resolution of interpersonal conflicts.
